09/01/2010 · My doctor said that for me to be a healthy weight (with out being pregnant) that I need to lose about 50 pounds. My husband and I are ttc baby #2, (baby #1 is where the 50 extra pounds came from in the first place) and just in case we end up pregnant before I get the weight off, I was wondering what a good diet and exercise program would be for me to lose weight while I'm pregnant.
