Frequency isn't important for cutting phase, it is for bulking or maintaining. So look around and choose one can fit your schedule and recovery capabilities. If you're a novice, full body 3 times per week it's the safest option. ICF 5X5 in cutting phase (it's more like ICF 3X5), could be hard to recovery for an older novice (35+)
